Road Captain's Challenge: The 2009 Road Captains Challenge will be the Drive-in Challenge. At one time, there were over 90 Drive-in Theaters in Massachusetts. Although there are only 4 or 5 active drive-ins left, some are forgotten but still have remnants of the old theaters. Some still have the old screen standing, maybe a speaker stand, a marquee sign, or even a concession stand. You can take a picture of your bike with any piece of the drive-in that remains, no matter how small and just print what Drive-in the photo is from. The Challenge will end at the April meeting and any one that succeeds in getting at least 10 pictures from different Drive-ins will get a Road Captains Challenge pin and maybe a trophy or something for the most, the farthest away, hardest to find you get the idea.
